Cancellation Policy
All sales and paid deposits are FINAL (no refunds, no exceptions/excuses of ANY sort will be accepted). I charge a 50% service fee for any rescheduling/cancellations made less than 24hrs from the appointment time and 100% service fee for any no-shows. If you are 10 mins past your appointment time, your appointment will automatically be cancelled and you will be charged 100% service fee. All paid deposits are non-refundable and you will need to pay another deposit in order to reschedule for ANY reason. I understand emergencies may arise. However, your notice is greatly appreciated.
